Custom Pricing, Shipping and Returns

PRICING

• Each custom pair of shoes created are individually priced 
• Prices will vary based on sizing, style of shoe, and customization

SHIPPING OF IN-STOCK ITEMS

• One of One and instock items that are currently available online will be shipped within 3-5 days business days and will be sent out using priority 1-3 day mail (for domestic orders)

SHIPPING OF CUSTOM ORDERS

• Custom orders take an average of 3-6 weeks to create, this is an estimate and timing can vary depending on the intricacies of each order
• We take plenty of time with each custom order to insure that we delivery the best quality possible
• Once customization is completed, the order will be shipped using priority 1-3 day mail (for domestic orders)

RETURNS

• Custom orders are NON RETURNABLE and CANNOT BE CANCELLED once placed. Due to the custom and made to order processes involved, please be sure of sizing and customizations at the time of your order to avoid any issues. All customs are 1 of 1, no two shoes will be the same. 
• No refunds on custom items. All sales final.
